The “The Employable Youth: It Works!” project is facing its last stages. Between June 7th and 9th, partners met in Waiblingen to evaluate the progress made so far and define the next steps.

All organisations presented the results of the application of the assisted training scheme. This tool was designed to facilitate disadvantaged youngsters' smoother introduction to work based learning. At the same time, the participants in the meeting shared their experiences on the implementation of the handbook for professionals  and the module about soft skills for employability.

After that, the meeting focused on coming tasks, as dissemination events and the last project output. The learnings from the implementation of the assisted training scheme will be transformed in guidelines that can be used for policy recommendations and companies involved in training schemes and internships.

Besides the working agenda, project partners had the opportunity to get to know Caritas Ludwisburg's "Stromspar-check" project, to visit some vocational training projects and visit the city of Ludwisburg.
